As consumers we are always looking for the next big and better thing.

 

We see it time and time again when new phones get released or another influencer advertises a quick and easy way to lose weight. This mindset also applies to business owners. Marketing strategies change all the time, with people announcing new and better ways to market their products or services.

 

So as the consumer, we layer and layer each marketing strategy on top of each other expecting a big breakthrough in our business. What most people don’t do is put the plan in place on the inside. The exterier does matter but without having all your ducks in a row on the inside money is just going to leak out the bottom.

So in this episode I am going to be breaking down 3 sales gaps that could make you millions INSTEAD of investing more money into more strategies. Each one of these steps doesn’t involve a bigger investment. What they each have incommon is INTENTION!

 

We need to be doing way more then just waiting on things like referrals, upsells, renewals or launches to make more money. By simply walking into a call with a strategic plan in place and the intention to ask them questions about their business you can be closing more clients and making more money then you would from any amount of word of mouth.

 

 

Take a look at your customers and see where there are on their journey. You know them and their business better than any one! Use your instinct to start the conversation about where they see their business going.

 

One of the biggest gaps I see from business owners is changing their strategy when it comes to launches. Everyone seems to still be stuck in the traditional routine but it’s 2019. Those strategies of closing programs is exhausting and doesn’t bring in nearly the amount of new sales you need.
